Just to add a little onto what @Keapola already mentioned,

1. Almost all leopons bred in the game come from existing leopon mothers. That is because female leopons have the 5% chance per cub of naturally passing it down. The 10% chance per cub (i.e. double) only applies if she is a first generation leopon. So although those percentages are relatively low, they're also much MUCH higher than the chance of a random leopon appearing as a first generation hybrid.

2. It is possible for a random first gen leopon to appear in any litter, any time, whether you have used mutation items or not. It's just that the chance is incredibly tiny, so it's an extremely rare outcome. Using mutation breeding items like CRBs or GMO Cows can increase that chance of a random first gen a little, but even with items the odds are still extremely low - you're far more likely to just end up with other more common mutations, if the item is successful at all.

3. Male leopons cannot pass it down - the father won't affect the odds of hybrids appearing in a litter, either first generation or otherwise. So using a leopon stud won't help your chances.

I dont have the answers for the first chunk of your post but for the sire bit..

all G1/1st Gen leopons have Unknown sires since the story is that your lioness went on a date with a leopard and then oop there's the pon

G1 Tigons usually have Ashkarn as their sire. Ashkarn is an NPC responsible for most gons on the site...with exception of RL gons xD

When it comes to leopons theres a very slim chance of breeding one especially a first generation (randomly born) with there also being a 5-10% chance a leopon will be born per cub. The ONLY way you can highten this chance is using buffalo scrotum or grain of paradise. Buffalo scrotum (aka buffy balls) guaranteed 3+ cubs or Grain of Paradise (GOP) givng a guarantee of 2+ cubs. Because a normal breeding will most likely have one cub born, but more are totally possible. Lion scrotum will not help as it doesn't work on hybrids. Lion meat and GMO Cow may be used but it will only help getting a first generation leopon and not a secound generation. CRB isnt recommended for leopon breeding because the litter you get rid of could of had a leopon in it, and adds 3 days to the lionesses breeding cooldown. Thats pretty much a basic on how to breed leopons. If your not looking to breed then you could also buy one! Also the father will always be unknown as the origin of leopons is that a female mated with a random leopard. If you have any more questions feel free to ask
