I agree! Any ideas for some questions we should include in it? Being a clan focused mainly around new members, I’d like to eventually make event guides and breeding guides too, we just haven’t had time to start those projects yet. Lately we’ve been putting together a new Discord, but an FAQs thread has been an idea on deck 😊 2 players like this post! Like? |

Hmmm Well, a new discord for a group like this seems smart! Definitely have a channel for if people wanna breed their lions. Slowly start with discord maybe?? (Put the FAQ on both) I’ve had servers before and been a head admin, if the server gets big enough, get some admins who you know won’t do anything bad, form works for that. (Not admin here, but in discord) I’d definitely Join so. Oh also make sure it’s safe enough. Event guilds is something fun and stuff but I know it takes time (I’m multitasking rn lmao) 1 player likes this post! Like? |

Hi @Osamu! I can answer all your hybrid questions :) First, here's the Wiki links to hybrid breeding, along with some guides on it I found helpful. Underneath them will be my explanation on how to breed them! https://www.lioden.wiki/hybrids https://www.lioden.com/topic.php?id=304429209034 https://www.lioden.com/topic.php?id=304429546982 https://www.lioden.com/topic.php?id=304429537994 To breed a G1 Hybrid is incredibly difficult, as the percent chance in any breeding is more than likely under 0.01%. This is done by breeding your king (or another's) to a random lioness who is not a hybrid and getting a hybrid, whether it be a G1 Jaglion, Leopon or Tigon, the chances are the same. To try for a G1 Hybrid, there isn't a 'set' method, however mass breeding, CRBs, and GMO cows are among the methods and items usually used by those who acquire G1's. However, a lot are randomly bred normally, it's just incredibly rare. To breed a G2 Hybrid or greater (anything after a G1 Hybrid) you have to breed to a female hybrid. The chance of a G1 Hybrid passing a hybrid in the heat is 10% per cub, and any hybrid greater than a G1 is a 5% chance per cub. To increase you chance of rolling a hybrid cub in a breeding to female hybrid, the best way is to use a Buffalo Scrotum or a Grain of Paradise. Since these items increase the number of cubs in the litter, it allows for the roll chance to apply to more cubs hence a 'greater chance' or a hybrid being passed. February is a big event on Lioden in which you apply to breed to people's G1 Hybrids using barks, an IBF and other items. I would highly suggest looking into this event as its a good time to purchase hybrids (they can be cheap!) or breed to one, or gain the items necessary to achieve one :) Any other questions just ask! (I've typed hybrid so many times it doesn't look like a word anymore ) 2 players like this post! Like? Edited on 19/07/24 @ 16:28:06 by Gee (#196201) |

I got my first Hybrids today! My first one is a sweet little Achromia cub from the giving tree, then someone gifted me a ADORABLE primal fangs G2!! I'm pretty new to the game so this is supper cool! I also think its kinda funny that last night I found an albino Prosopocera lactator larva, kinda feels like a omen once you think about it :] 2 players like this post! Like? |

Hey! If you already have the boost active, there’s nothing additional we can do to increase the chance of a jag cub being born. The boost only increases the odds of the first cub born in each litter being a jaglion, so there’s no need to use a buffalo scrotum or a grain of paradise. :) Additionally, while using items like lion meat, cotton root bark, and gmo cow can increase the chances of any random mutation being born, it doesn’t necessarily increase the chances of a G1 hybrid cub being born. You’ll more likely get a bobbed tail or achromia or something than a hybrid. My best advice would be to try and have a king ready who’s G1 or a low generation, and breed all 20 boosts to NCLs or other clean, low gen lionesses, so that in the small chance that you DO get a jag cub, it’ll be clean and low gen and therefore more valuable. I know there’s not much more we can do than keep our fingers crossed, but I wish you the best of luck! 0 players like this post! Like? |
