Have you ever had a heir design and you go to search to find studs? You find the stud you're looking for but oh no they're private. And depending on how hard your design was to breed, it could be the only available stud with that certain aspect you need.

While it's not the most common thing that happens, I've encountered a few studs I needed they end up being private or, not being private but ridiculously high prices for anyone other than their friends. Again, it's not common but God is it annoying when they appear on the stud list.

What am I suggesting? A private stud section for your friends and not randoms. This way you can still:

● Have your stud up but only for your friends and you don't get pesky requests from people when you're private, whether for friends or a project you have.
● You don't have to have "public GB private SB", or charge super high priced to ward off hungry buyers
● Allows you as the buyer to narrow down your studding list, that way people who aren't accepting don't clog up the regular list


If you have any criticisms, ideas or suggestions leave them below! I think this is a solid idea, but would love to know why you don't think so, besides the "public gb private sb" argument.

Extra ideas/versions of the idea:
• Gravecrypt ☼ (#130338) - Adding a stud list; perhaps an ability to add certain user's IDs to a little area so they see they have access to a private stud open to them? And that way the studding function is open to them but appears 'closed' or 'off' to anyone else

• Vixkin #226385 - What about a stud list? Like a list of people that are allowed to stud? That way it would help both of those problems

• stringworms (rins sugar baby) (#233091) - i'd also love to see a female version of this! I get far too many stud requests to one of my private females, despite it being clearly listed that their heat is going to someone very specific (the same idea: private reverse breeding section)

Public option- Allows everyone to send a request

Friends only option- Only allows members on your allies to send requests

Whitelisted members only option- Allows you to enter in specific ID's of users that can send you a stud request
