Although at a glance this looks fine, but what does the GMO cow and Lion Meat blurbs say?
Lion Meat:

If we look at the crunchy worm notif on the lady's page, it says

It clearly states what the specific item does in the breeding
Let's also look at the CRB item's info when used on a lioness!
"This lioness has lost a litter due to Cotton Root Bark. This lioness has a chance of producing a cub in her next litter"

All of these items have told us what item is used!! Now wouldn't it be nice to have that for the Lion scrote?

My Suggestion:
"This lion has a chance to pass her mutation to a cub in her next litter"

what is the significance of changing?
I think it would be useful for lions like dwarves, DUs, and more that are sold with mut boosting items applied to know what item is used rather than relying on the single word differences between the GMO cow & lion meat/lion scrote or just plain guessing.
It's mostly just a nice little quality of life update that will make breeding lions just a bit more clear!

If anyone has alternate suggestions I'd love to hear them! c:
