Is this actually possible?

Like, yeah sure I can sell cubs I get for super cheap or w/e, and its possible to make a lil money, but I almost find it more valuable to just sell ncls I get (obv prices are inflated for the month, I know it'll go back to like 10-20sb per)

I really like breeding games and making money in said games, but it almost seems like its more of a money sink to try and get your King to look good than it is to try and sell cubs with uncommon/rare bases (even combo factor bases??)

I had this plan to try and breed for combo factor bases on my main (like, topaz, goldenrod, fulvous, Xanthic) to sell the cubs for a few hundred sb, and my alt would breed special ncl bases to try and get fulvous, topaz, xanthic, etc to try and combo breed myself by studding them out to the citrine combo factor studs etc to try and get citrine cubs that I would then breed to my main's king (labradorite) just to get hexaplex.

But perhaps I was too hasty, and misunderstood what people look for in buying cubs.

Or am I over pricing? I would have assumed these bases would sell for at LEAST 200sb per, vs fodder cubs selling for like 10-50sb etc.

Is it unrealistic of me to expect to actually make any sb (without running out of territory space) by breeding ncls and selling the cubs?

Maybe I chose a bad combo factor base to try and breed for? Or is it really just personal goals for people to get the right heir from their own breedings/get heirs that already have looooads of markings n stuff on them (since mine definitely don't, considering I'm breeding ncls and my own king only has like 5 markings).
