If you want to add pictures to your post, you need to get the URL of an image. You can do that by uploading it to an image hosting website of your choice (imgur, img.bb, etc.) and then copying the image URL. Once you have the URL of your desired image, use <*img src="URL"*> and insert the URL between the two ". Make sure to remove the *s, as they are just placeholders in my example.

Decorating your den page with pictures is quite complicated, I recommend going to Chatter > Tree Carvings > Layout & CSS Sales and see if you can find something that might be useful.

To set up your clan (= club), go to Crossroads > Clans > Create a Clan. Creating a clan costs 2 gold beetles, expanding its member limit costs silver beetles.

And onto the last question.. There's different ways to get one. You can buy one on the Trading Center or buy the heat of a female leopon, provide it with breeding items and hope to get your own leopon cubs. If you get extremely lucky, you can randomly get a First Generation Leopon from a regular breeding - but the chance is so low that it's not worth hoping for one.
