Aside from monthly event news posts and the 2nd Friday of each month being focused on art/coding updates, all other Fridays are centered around the community!

Official Lioden Raffle

Special Announcement

Today, we would like to announce the arrival of our newest Admin Team member, Shad (#16848)! Some of you may recognise her—she has been creating premade tags for Lioden for a few years now, and helps out with the Lioden Wiki. She's now being brought on as a brand new Community Manager in order to assist Lioden's community, our staff, and the game itself. We hope you'll give your warmest welcomes!

Shad will be following the same duties as our other Community Managers. With our Admin Team handling both Lioden and Wolvden, it's great to have a fresh, new set of paws to help out!


Along with the happy news of a new Community Manager, we are sadly saying farewell to Vix, one of our previous Community Managers. Though Vix is no longer part of our official team, they are still a dear friend to us, and we will continue to appreciate them for all they've done in their time on Lioden and Wolvden. Thank you, Vix!

Development Update Notice

August's Development Update was previously scheduled for August 12th. We're informing everyone in advance that the Development Update for August is changing dates and will instead take place on Wednesday, August 17th, 2022. We'd like this month's Development Update to line up with the anniversary of Lioden being created!

We're also excited to announce that an anniversary event will take place in March 2023 to celebrate Lioden's public release. Look out for more details on that event when we're closer to March!

Bug Fixes

* After a chat room update the other day, pings stopped highlighting for a short time. This has since been fixed.
* In addition to this, pings now highlight while in manual mode of the sidebar chat box and will also stay highlighted even if you come into the chat box/room after being pinged.
* The artwork for the Mysterious Stranger encounter should now display properly.

A new Cinnabar lady with Briar Margay, Cimmerian Rogue, and the twelfth Lake Victoria background is up for impressing in the Special Lioness area linked here!
