Okay so, what you’re gonna wanna do is start with a sketch or or pencil brush then go Into a sort of marker brush! 2. When you make hair/fur try to make a shape before coloring. 3. When you make scenery or nature like grass make the grass with different shades of green and try to shade it with the sunlight/moonlight/light…! Hope these kinda helps! ![]() |

Hiya! it depends on what sort of art you do, but i can give some tips! Sketching out exactly what you plan to do is your best friend, It can help you figure out what goes where Use references! i know its a very common art tip but its so helpful in the long run! Draw things that inspire you, or make you happy. If youre drawing something that makes you unhappy or unmotivated, then it wont turn out very good Try to come up with a sort of artstyle, figure out what elements youd like to have in your art by looking at other artists or just coming up with it yourself. Just make sure not to outright copy other peoples's artstyles Rendering is hard, but worth it for the end product! For rendering i make a new layer and with black or a dark color i shade in the piece, you may also have to look at other peoples's art to figure out how youre gonna shade. Then you put the layer you shaded on, on the multiply setting and lower the opacity. you can soften up some of the shadows by using the soft brush (i think its in the airbrushing section) and blending some of the shadows in lightly Lighting can affect your art immensly also, you should find a place you want the light to be coming from and stick to it, i usually use an add layer and a white or light orange/yellow and put the lighting where i need it Im not very good with tips but i hope this helped! :DD ![]() |
