uhh neither?

So a couple days ago I had a player message me. They had read a rp I'm doing with a friend, and wanted to do one with me. We created one, but this is where I need help. This player keeps on asking me if "I'm alive" or whatever just meaning they want me to respond to the rp. They've done about 3 times so far, and I've told them that I'm a busy person and can't always respond. I am also a experienced roleplayer so I can type long responses. This person only does a couple sentences which makes it hard for me to type a paragraph or two. I don't know how to tell this player that I don't get the vibe from this role that wants me to keep on replying to it, and mind you we are also friends...help ;-;

i mean just keep on telling him a couple times to quit doing that and that you dont like it and you said it 100000000 times that your busy and if they keep asking if your alive end the rp and block em ig my rp partners always dont respond but i dont bother them about it

Why do I always forget to ask people if they are experienced whenever they ask to role with me? It makes these scenarios very hard to handle for me

Just tell them you felt burnt out or uninterested in continuing the RP and that you didn't appreciate them spamming you.

alright. cause yeah it was annoying that they kept asking when I was going to reply. Just because they are bored doesn't mean that I have to stop my schoolwork just to respond to a role that I'm not liking
