Hey! This is a pretty loose concept but i thought it would be fun to have a new breeding item added to the mix!

My proposal: a breeding item that increases the chance of a random rosette, higher chance for it to be in slots 1-10, lower chance for it to be in slots 11-20
I thought a leopard tail would be a good item to represent the effects! Most likely with a passrate of like 1-2% per cub. These cannot stack! Basically a crb but for rosettes.

Where to get it: as with many other breeding items, it would be nice to have in an event shop! But i would love to take other suggestions for places it could pop up, just remember that I dont intend for this to be a super crazy common item, so no suggestions like: easily findable in explore or a monkey business item for sb.

Suggestions:
1. item in the March (poachers) event, maybe in t3 of the black market?

2. Black friday item or rare encounter similar to solaris!
(My own notes: it would be cool if it was a tiny bit easier to get maybe similar to getting a styx app or the new skin apps, but only available every other month or during a certain season like summer or fall, etc)

3. Obtained as a rare drop after winning a battle with a leopard!
