A simple suggestion: employ a dedicated voluntary role to act as helpers in Help Chat.

Help chat is an underused resource for all players, particularly for new and returning players who are just finding their feet. Questions are instead asked in main chat which, while allowed, can lead to misinformation either purposeful or accidental, as well as things being missed or ignored because people are busy chatting.

One of the main reasons for this misuse, I believe, is because of the lack of a dedicated support system in help chat. Currently players can dip in and out when they have a question, but this leads to an inbalance in inexperienced vs experienced people in this chat. At times, the wait time for a question to get a response can be over an hour if at all. Having dedicated staff present to answer questions would aleviate this and make the chat a more useful resource.

This role has existed in a more simplified form in the past, with players getting 'helper' badges and extra help like feed all play all. However, as with all special role players, helpers recieved more harassment and other issues as a result of their publicly known role. This led to the role's removal during the update that granted anonymity of moderators. If the role was to return, it should be coded similar to a moderator position with reduced access/capabilities. Helper answers could appear in an anonymous box, a recoloured variant of moderator responses' green box, an ability restricted exclusively to help chat.

To make this change more worthwhile I'd also suggest mods in main chat redirecting questions to help. Not banning questions in chat per se but more increasing awareness that theres better places to ask.
