I love this idea! I personally think it should be colour-based, like, Marking 6: White web, the number 6 should be like, blue or something for event mark, but I also love your idea, and markings should be labeled. The only problem I could see is the difficult questions in trivia, but that’s a minor problem

I do like this idea, but just in case you don't know a relatively easy (but not perfect) way to check is to import the lion to wardrobe, where it will show what tier the markings are. Tier 2, 4 and 6 are all considered BO, I believe. And tier 5, which is hybrid markings (or unreleased raffle makings)

Not 100% accurate though because tier 3 is event markings and some of those are BO

Even just listing the marking tiers on the actual lions like it does in wardrobe would be nice though

One potential problem I can see is that the definition of what constitutes a BO marking isn't 100% set in stone.

To expand on a previous comment.

T2 is fully BO. T3 is event marks. Mostly applicator and piety marks, with some BO celestial raffle marks in the mix and some BO NCL exclusives that aren't piety (tier 3 is the most confusing, imo) . Tier 4 is rosettes, which are BO. Tier 5 are marks that can't be RMA'd, which is mottled rosette/mottled stripes, unreleased raffle markings, and Monkey business applicator markings. Tier 6 are RMA exclusives and generally not considered BO, as you have a fairly good (5%) chance out of getting them from an RMA.

I think this could also be done in just displaying the tier next to the marking like it does in wardrobe, but on the lions pages themselves? But yeah this would be very useful!

Don't support. This would make it sooo much easier to find BO markings, yes, but it would also change the market. People would only buy lions with BO markings (this lion has a shiny star next to its marking! must be valuable), and any lion without one would have their value driven really far down. It would make it so much harder for new players to get a foothold, and (to my knowledge) not many people have BO lionesses so it would also be much more difficult for them.
There is a lot of people who suggested having a filter for clean/dirty lions or low heritages on the TC, but its been rejected for similar reasons. (last time I saw) Like this suggestion, I think it would change the market and drive a lot of dirty lions down, no matter how beautiful they are, over a *preference* with no effect on the game itself.

If you really want to know the BOs, there are a bunch of lists floating around in the forums you can use.

I personally disagree with that statement. I don’t want to have to look at a forum to check like, every marking in the game. That would take a lot of time.

I highly doubt new players would be like: oh wow, this is a BO marking, let’s buy lions with those markings and ONLY lions with those markings!! Also, someones suggestion was also to just put a tier marking on the slots like [3]. It’s in the game already and it would be easier to check than wardrobe. (Maybe that’s just me but wardrobe takes so long to load for me)
