Make My New King Win Something

Ah yes another comp for yet another king c: This time I would like to have a now and forever king since I'm not on/addicted to this game as I used to be.

As the title says, I would like to make a king look like one of my MANY OCs.
Heres the OC, Vicar
I feel like it's possible but idk if anyone will get it spot on due to her complex design but whoever gets it the closest will win so try your best!

Requirements

-Everything must be from apps such as markings and base (Custom and Common are ok so are more expensive apps that I'd have to get from others )

-Mutts are ok, ferus would be so cool

-Don't worry about her scars if I can't find scar type on here I'll probably have to make custom ones
-Ik ya'll are talented and can do it, It's quite a challenge! Use wiki to help you
