This event is focused on just exploring. Most currency is going to come from just interacting with encounters (and doing Wenet quests, in the case of Hare Points). You could really just look at the wiki to see what to choose. It's linked above if you would like, it has images.

Here are some of the choices this month where your choice matters:

Non-Mask Encounters
- "While strolling through your territory, your attention is suddenly caught by loud, deep, growl-like purrs and mrows nearby. A lioness is rolling among fluffy, yellow chicks, letting them playfully climb on her. She doesn't seem interested in eating them, but you're interested in why she's here at all!" Choose "Inquire about her"
- "Wow! Just as you were about to chase down an intruding jackal, the canine dove into a brambly bush and attacked a goat right in front of you!" Choose "Grab the goat"
- "You abruptly stop, confused at the sight of empty, carved eggs dangling from wooden posts." Choose "Climb" You lose 4% energy, but have a chance to get up to 2 more EE than the other option.
- "You hear a loud commotion, and a massive dust cloud rolls towards you, causing you to stop in your tracks. A small yet fiercely barking dog is chasing after a fidgety hyena, and you notice the hyena has a dangling, limp chicken in its mouth." Choose "Help the hyena"
- "You spot a few fluffballs climbing a crumbling tunnel carved into an eroding escarpment."Choose "Dig into the tunnels!"
- "You stumble upon an interesting scene: two fluffballs seem to be confused by a butterfly, which landed on the face of one of the buns. The poor bun stiffens up in fear as the butterfly's wings cover its frontal view. The other fluffball is perplexed, helplessly trying to understand what exactly is on their companion's face. You can understand their confusion, as the big red dots do look like eyes.' Choose "Blow at it"

- "Awww, a Fluffball mom has a field day with her babies." Choose "Play with them!"
- "A bunch of Fluffballs gathered here to celebrate carving eggs. They treat you as one of their own." Choose "Steal Eggs!"
- "A Fluffball is running towards you, wanting to race against you!" Choose "Race with Him"
- "A Fluffball runs straight into a den in front of your eyes. You’re pretty sure there’s some goods inside." Choose "Dig"
-"A Fluffball spotted an eagle and runs to hide. You hear screeching, possibly to warn you about the danger above." Choose "I laugh in the face of danger!"
- "You approach a Fluffball den full of tiny Fluffballs. They seem happy to see you." Choose "Hang out"
- "Yaaawnnnn! This fluffball is relaxed and ready to take a nap next to a big friend like you!" Choose "Open Wide"
- "You snort quietly, surprised at what you see. A fluffball... wearing a lion mask. Much like you're wearing a hare mask, but... well, in reverse." Choose "Give Poacher Gun" IF the option is there.

- Male Ostrich (No Easter Eggs are rewarded)



Play with ostrich chicks in the egg den on the event page daily for experience.

The primordial spring can either age or deage your king by 2 years.

Important Notes about the rabbit mask!
- Some wenet quests require you to wear the mask to interact with the rabbits
- With every mask-specific encounter that gives Easter Eggs, there is a 30% chance that one of the eggs will break when you attempt to grab it.
- You get more encounters that give eggs when wearing the mask, but there's a chance you drop some as trade off.
- Without the mask your rabbit encounters are going to be "Chase" encounters that have a chance to give either nothing, a carcass, a lucky foot, or a single easter egg (also a very very very low chance to get an egg yolk).
- Without the mask you will also be able to find other important monthly loot such as four leaf clovers (during april fools), fuchsia flowers, and lamb carcass.

Keep any lamb carcasses you get. Wenet requires them for one of her quests.

[May: Championships - Wiki Here]

This month is pretty straight forward. Your currency comes from explore (battling males and claiming females) and the battle arena on the event page.

Attack Males!
- "It's hard to miss this big group of lions in front of you as you're exploring. They're clearly not strangers: it looks like V'Kai is surrounded by a group of other young lions, all of which are excitedly chattering about the tournaments." Choose "Puff Up And Walk By", you get 1 more MB than the other option.


Do NOT attack the following NPCs: Lionesses
- "I spent the whoooole night with the last Champion... He was so beaten up... So, you know, I licked his wounds and all..." (You do not get any MB if you win. You get 1-2 MB if you successfully claim her though!)
- "Oh look at you, so brave! That defined muscle tone..! Haven't I seen you in the winning ceremony during the Championships?" (You do not get any MB if you win. You get 1-2 MB if you successfully claim her though!)
- "Oh my gosh the Championships are, like, the best games ever, totally!" (You do not get any MB if you win. You get 1-2 MB if you successfully claim her though!)
- "Ohhh, don't worry about losing in the Championships. It's the adventure and journey that counts!" (You do not get any MB if you win. You get 1-2 MB if you successfully claim her though!)



Challenge every 15 minutes.

Join the tournaments every hour.

Fun Fact: Being at the top of your stat tier increases your chance to win (not guaranteed), but you have to be careful not to accidentally gain stats that bump you into the next stat bracket because then you'll be at the bottom of the food chain again!

About May Story Line:
The may storyline does not award you MB in any way whatsoever. It has its own currency. You get "reputation" with whatever brother you spend your time with, and can turn the reputation in to said brother for rewards. They each have their own applicators - V'kai's are typically inverted markings, and Vash's are typically regular markings. V'kai offers groupies every 6 hours. You can read more about all their possibilities on the wiki - these are super good to get some of (as males), as they are how you obtain a king with no heritage. Vash offers a 25% energy boost every 2 hours, and can boost a cubs training by 5%. The only way to obtain MB from the storyline is to save all of your reputation and trade it in to one of the brothers when tier 3 opens for it at a rate of 5 reputation = 1 maticora beetle.

Be warned: The brother you choose at the end of chapter 4 will be the one you are with for the rest of the event. Be sure it's the brother you want.

Very Important!!
Reputation is not carried over between brothers. If you side with V'Kai, then switch to Vashkartzen, any Reputation you earned with V'Kai will stay with V'Kai. Switching between V'Kai and Vashkartzen will not reset your Reputation with a specific brother, however—you will retain that Reputation until the end of the May event, as Reputation is wiped each year.

This event is high aggression. Nearly all of your BB will be coming from battling things in explore. Personally I recommend only exploring at night, as it brings out the encounters that are rich in BB, but if you need to explore a little during the day to ensure your energy regen doesn't go to waste it's fine.

Fun Fact: You do not have to immediately cure rabies. Rabies raises your strength, making you more potent in battle; however, you cannot eat, you cannot breed, and you cannot go higher than 80% energy. If you're constantly exploring, you probably wont ever be higher than 40-50 anyway, but if you want you can cure yourself a single time at the end of each day so you start the next day with a full 100 - just remember to take this time to feed your king. Being infected with rabies also makes it so you have a chance to encounter special creatures in explore to fight. Each fight rewards you with 5BB:

- Chimera
- Werehyena
- Werewolf
- Werelioness
- Griffin

Fun Fact: If you do not side with heaven or hell, and instead stay with Nirah, you will not get any heaven or hell encounters (save for the demon/angel battle that gives you 1 scale/feather when you choose "dive in"), so you have more chances to get Rabies/Nightmare encounters. If you are sided with heaven or hell, all heaven/hell related battles you unlock give 2BB + 1 scale/feather each.


There aren't a lot of non-combat explore encounters this month, but here's a brief list of what you should choose for the most BB. Most of these simply effect karma:

- "A cold breeze bristles through your fur and you shiver, suddenly aware that your breath is now pooling out as white smoke in front of you. With a crack of something that sounded like lightening, you look up, only to see something terrifying flying right at you!" Any Choice.
- "A flock of creepy looking bats surround you out of nowhere, their sharp screeches ringing in your ears." Any Choice.
- "Dozing off in the darkness, you find yourself in the middle of a dark forest you never noticed before. It emanates with energy that makes your lungs tremble with every breath, like a giant lion’s roar." Choose "Turn Back" if your karma is -499 to 499. Choose "Search!" if you have over +500 or less than -500.
- "Stepping gently in the night you end up lost among eerie looking carved stones, where smell of death is very strong. This place reminds you of elephant graveyard, but it looks human-made." Choose "Search".
-" Suddenly, a fog gathers in front of you, casting dark, smoky shadows that seem to creep in the darkness." Any Choice.
- "You hear a crack of sticks behind you and turn around quickly - only to find yourself surrounded by horrifying two-legged creatures, pointing their sharp sticks at your face!" Choose "Roar" or "Cower"; DO NOT "SWIPE" - IT COSTS 5% ENERGY.


Heaven (Angelic Wings) & Hell (Demonic Whip) loot pool: If you are sided with heaven or hell, you unlock a faction based tool if your reputation is high enough (10 rep - you unlock and complete chapter 2) after October 10th!

Each Bless/Bind has a chance to give you one of the following rewards:
- +15 Karma (Bless) / -15 Karma (Bind)
- 1 Demonic Scale (Bless) / 1 Nepheline Feather (Bind)
- 1 Heaven Reputation (Bless) / 1 Hell Reputation (Bind)
- 50 Experience

- "A commotion catches your attention. The young Shaman Erelath and the young Sorcerer Ahihia are standing near a common trail, and it sounds as though they're having a small argument." Choose "Shoo Them Away".
- "There's a patch of savannah covered in scary fire!" Choose "Run".
- "This lion trades gems of all sorts. For a small price, he can offer you a mystery prize!" Choose "Punch Him".
- "You stumble upon a group of humans collecting animal bones." Choose "Charge".
- "Young Shaman Apprentice Erelath huffs at you, annoyed. "You will never be a Shaman like me. Don't think you even have the slightest chance. Only I know how to use herbs properly. I even know more than goody four-paws Aker."" Choose "Growl".


Nearly every battle this event will only reward you with 1ScB (not counting the Watusi Bull, who awards 2ScB).
- "Following a scent, you find a wounded lioness hiding in a shady spot. She roars at you, vulnerable." OR "You catch a smell of blood in the air. You follow the source and find a lioness in pain, hiding in the shade of a tree." The Wounded Lioness encounter does not have an option that gives ScB. If you do not need her for a shaman quest, just skip her.


Shaman Quests do not give ScB; They give Piety.

- "All of the mighty hills are covered in snuh so thick, it definitely won't be melting in this chilly weather. It's pretty dangerous to walk here." Choose "Explore carefully" You lose 4% energy, but get 1 more stink bug than the other option.
- "Looks like this fella wasn't so lucky when dealing with some elephant bullies." Choose "Shove Back In!"
- "Not the kind of Bear Cavalry you were hoping for." Choose "Race!"
- "Oh no! This poor Leopon looks broken! He’s missing his markings and they're not updated yet! On the other hand, how DARE he wander in your lands, when he's not even able to give you any Leopon cubs?" Choose "Punish the artist"
-"The sight of the creature up ahead causes you to take a quick step back. It's a local cryptid, Mngwa! It seems confused by all the snuh!" Choose "Begone!" You lose 4% energy, but get 2 more stink bugs than the other option.
- "This floppy looking lion seems permanently worried." Choose "Ask About The Ears!"
- "While walking, you notice a little snake huddled for warmth beneath some shrubs and rocks." Choose "Help the snake"
- "Whoa, it looks like some lions are fighting here! They're being cheered on by fans and spectators around them, but when you inquire as to what's going on, everyone tells you to shush. Nobody talks about the fight club." Choose "Join the Fights"
- "Whoa! You spot two fluffy boys running around! Laharu seems to greatly desire what Anubis is having for dinner. It almost looks like Anubis is teasing the poor chubby hyena." Choose "Offer food"
- "Wow, the snuh was really heavy today! It coated all of the evergreen palms in a thick, white blanket. You feel cold between your toes as you walk on what's supposed to be grass." Choose "Dig Around"
- "You find a strange-looking zebra. When asked about the horn on its head, the creature responds, "I am a unicorn, of course!"" Choose "You're fake news!"
- "You find two lions nervously gathering piles of human-made items." Choose "Approach"
- "You spot a group of adolescent lions behaving oddly. They appear to be dancing, talking to a tiny box, and being excited about a "tick tock" or something like that. The younger generation really baffles you sometimes." Choose "Watch in confusion"

Do not forget to drink from The Guelta every hour.

Don't forget to wallow in The Wallowing Pit. The items aren't typically worth a lot, but it's funny.

Don't forget about the advent calendar! Per the wiki: "Each day beginning from December 22nd, a numbered slot is "unlocked" and becomes available for you to click on, all the way until you have collected the eighth and last reward. In order to collect your rewards, you must click on the numbered slots in order from 1 to 8. The final reward is unlocked on December 29th; however, the Advent Calendar remains open until the very last minute of December 30th to allow everyone to collect their gifts!"
