with lethals there is no item that will gaurantee one or promise one sadly since the chance of getting one is like 0.007-ish % (maybe) but you can use items like gmo cow, crb and lion meat to HOPEFULLY get one but even then it its still a low ass chance. and yes some lethals are valused more than others because some are more rarer to get and achive, with doing mass crb breedings that is one way to HOPEFULLY get one, but using items like gmo or lion meat might help as well, and not all lethal buyers care about markings or liniage since the lion will be frozen and immortal anyway

3# CRB is the best way to go, you can use lion meat or GMO cows but they have a higher chance of producing any average mutation, not lethal mutations specifically, so mass breeding with CRB is the best method

4# many people have different tastes in lethals so their values vary but many people value Cleft Palate, Conjoined Cubs, and Two Heads more than the others

5# I dont think the gen matters that much since they will be frozen but breed-only markings like rosettes do up the value for lethals
