We all know that one thread, the famous send a person above you a mutie thread, well this is just like that, but better. I have a goal to make sure that nobody gets skipped, people get they're muties back no matter what, and that my and my mods are helpful and respectful towards you at all times. password: cookiesramazing. We will only stop the thread in case of a actual emergency, like to many skipped people, people not getting the correct muties, etc.

1: Please only send muties here! Anybody who doesn't send a mutie will be put on my strike system! Once you reach 3 strikes you get blacklisted and blocked. Your id will be written down in case you try to change your user.

2: Please be friendly! If the person that sends you sends you a mutie you didn't want please don't be rude about it! You can trade away, sell, or regift the mutie. If you message the person a rude message and they tell me you WILL be given a strike.

3: Please only post one time after every 5 people post after you. example:

This makes the thread less spammy and more muties to be shared.

Strike System:

The strike system shouldn't be scary to somebody willing to follow the easy rules (more rules may be added later).

First Strike: basically, a warning.

Second Strike: a bigger warning, to getting banned from the thread.

Third Strike: this is it, no turnbacks, your blacklisted.
