Rules

➼ Obviously read the rules. So far you're doin good
➼ Rules may change depending on the type: auction, flat price, trade, raffle, giveaways, etc.
➼ Please tell me if you are ever selling/trading/giving away the design. This is not really required but I appreciate knowing where they are!
➼ I can reject an adoption for any reason (esp if you are backlisted)
➼ DO NOT copy, trace, alter/edit, heavily reference my artwork in any way, shape or form or you WILL be blacklisted
➼ DO NOT remove my signature OR watermark in my art pieces or you WILL be blacklisted
➼ PLEASE do not claim an adopt if you do not have the funds
➼ You may RESELL the adopt but only for the amount you bought it for!! Raising the price is only acceptable if there has been art added to the character that was not there before/during purchase!!
➼ Adopts/Designs that you have won or received through giveaways, raffles, etc may NOT be sold for currency. They can only be gifted/traded!
➼ Credit may be given via Diviantart, Instagram, Twitter and Toyhouse! (Links to my socials provided above!)
➼ Rude behavior or harassment is not tolerated in this forum
➼ No refunds! After you purchase the adopt it is a done deal!
➼ You have 48 HOURS to complete a payment after claiming/winning an adopt! Failing to do so will result in the adopt going back up for sale or going to the 2nd highest bidder!
➼ PM me if you have any questions

Sniper Guard:

➼ If a bid is placed within the last 10 minutes of the auction, Sniper Guard activates and extends the bid an HOUR from when the last bid was placed.
➼ The highest bidder MUST hold the bid for the full extended hour for auction to end.
➼ Ex: An auction ends at 2:00am lioden time. If a bid is placed at 1:40am, sniper guard will not activate because it is 20 minutes from auction end HOWEVER if a bid is placed at 1:55am, sniper guard WILL activate and extend the bid by an HOUR from last bid >>> auction would be extended til 2:55am (Lioden Time) in this example. If someone bids during that extended time, such as 2:45am, the auction would be extended to 3:45am and so on until the highest bidder maintains their bid for a whole hour.
