There are 167 unfrozen alive leopons with the Kimajano Base & Mottled, now not all of those will be first generations, and not all first generations will have been kept with that base/marking!
I'd guess there are maybe 100-200 FGPs in game.

Not really, like I said, the 167 includes clones of first generations so regular leopons etc. Like I said 100-200 is a guess because not everyone keeps their First Generation looking the same - I've seen Green FGPs for example.

Also... 167 out of 3,104,380 lionesses is... well, quite rare I'd say!
Its about 0.0053795% of all lionesses.

It is but its still less than 0.006% of the population, which is minuscule, and not all of those FGPs will be active, in fact, if you click on a lot of them it says "lion doesn't exist" which means their owner hasn't rolled in one year+.

Lets assume 25 of those are inactive, that takes us down to what, 142?

That's also 142 FGPs among over 400000 players, which is 0.036 FGPs per player. Its negligible.
