I believe there are a few players that like to have two of the same marking for that extra boldness sometimes, design wise. So thus would hurt like But, 6 people lol. But from a breeding perspective, ever since they revamped it years ago to not allow multiple of the same marking to pass, it would be vastly more convenient and cheaper for the player to not have to worry as much about wasting an app.

I support but at the same time I just want to be able to choose man. Let me choose the one I want. I don't want to get the same dang Markings when there are four available and spend all my currency just trying to get the one for my design...

So much of this, alot of this game is hardcore grind, I HATE the idea of using randomised marking apps just because of this, my old jacana once got jacana snuggle 4 times in a row, and at 8 gb an app I wasted 32 gb on a mark I already had.
Theres no reason it should be that difficult.

Agreed. Especially on the more expensive Applicators you have to craft. Even on RMAs, there's such a large pool to get Markings from but on more than 10 different occasions, I've gotten the same mark over again both wasting GB on the App and a Remover.

Yeah I'd love to be able to CHOOSE what markings I want from a 4-in1
But I feel like that won't happen for a while so the best thing I can ask for at the moment is a safeguard 😭😭

There isn't I don't think, I would have made one but my suggestions don't often get looked at (even with bumps) i mean I'm ok with them allowing to get that mark again if we us either on a different slot. With like a week time limit before you can get it again I say Tim limit cuz some people like changing them up a lot...

Some people like marking dupes, and you still can't choose the mark you want with these apps, so I think a great compromise would be to have it so that the applicators have to 'cycle' through all of the available marks before getting any duplicates in the same slot.

Like if you applied the app and it gave you hibiscus feline, so you remove it, hoping for rogue. You get hibiscus feralis, remove it, and get hibiscus feline again. I'm obviously not looking for that marking considering I removed it in the first place.

You would still have to buy 4 marking applicators at the most to get the exact one you want but I think this would be a fair way of locking marks that allows people who want two of the same in different slots to work for that while making it signifigantly less awful to buy like 10 of the app because rng is giving you hell.
(sidenote sorry if this is exactly what you were suggesting, I read the post as "you can't get the same marking on a lion through apps at all" but rereading it I'm not sure if that's it or not)

Only one can pass yes but with using applicators you can get the same marking over and over again, only for one to ever pass 💀
