Here you can find rats that you will be able to breed together to make litters of rat pups.
RAT GACHA
Here you can get a mature rat with a random coat and pattern combination. This gacha includes all colors except Albino. (But they do have the chance at carrying the Albino gene) Every rat from this gacha will have normal ears, but will also have a chance at carrying the dumbo ear gene. All gacha rats will have standard fur.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
• Genetics
Each rat has a gene code that determines what they look like and what their offspring can potentially look like. The gene code will be hidden unless you use a Lab Test to reveal it. An example of a gene code is: AAMmrrPpCcGGHHDdxx
Agouti Locus:
AA or Aa = Agouti
aa = Solid (Black)
Mink Locus:
MM or Mm = no effect
mm = mink dilution
Ruby-eyed Locus:
RR or Rr = no effect
rr = ruby-eyed dilution
Pink-eyed Locus:
PP or Pp = no effect
pp = pink-eyed dilution
Color Locus:
CC or Cc = no effect
cc = albinism
Grey (Blue) Locus:
GG or Gg = no effect
gg = grey dilution
Dumbo Locus:
DD or Dd = normal ears
dd = dumbo ears
Rex Locus:
XX = double rex (patchwork hairless)
Xx = rex (curly)
xx = standard coat
I’ve tried to have the breeding on here mirror real life as closely as possible. You don’t need to bother learning what these genetics mean unless you’re attempting to breed for a specific coat.
• Breeding
Once you have one rat of each sex, you can breed them. The female rat will be pregnant until some time after the next rollover and will give birth to 6-9 pups. The pups will have randomized genetics based on the gene code of their parents. Each pup will be born with its own gene code, but the code will be hidden unless revealed with a lab test.
• Aging
These rats have a lifespan of 11 days. Rats purchased from the gacha will start at age 5. Rats will age up every day unless the thread is temporarily closed.
(Day 1, litter of 9)
When a rat is born, it is part of a litter. The newborn rats, or “pinkies” will all look the same. At this stage, you will learn the pups' ID #'s and genders.
(Day 2)
As the pinkies get older, they start to grow fur, and their colors begin to show. At this stage, you will learn the pups' coat color.
(Day 3-4)
When the pups get older, you can start to see what they will look like as adults. At this point, they’re separated and are treated as individual rats rather than as a litter. At this stage, you will find out the rats' coat and ear types. They can also be surrendered to the adoption center or auctioned off at this age.
(Day 5)
When the rats fully mature, they are ready to breed. At day 5, the female goes into heat and can be bred immediately. The male can breed to any female once a day.
A rat will be pregnant for one day. It will give birth some time after the rollover. It will need one day to nurse its pups and one day to rest, then it will go into heat again. The rat will stay “in heat” until it is bred. The rat’s lifespan is 11 days, meaning a female rat has the potential to produce 2 litters in its lifetime.
• ID Codes
Each rat will be given a number ID Code for the sake of keeping things organized. I will have a master list of all rats in game, along with their genetic codes and ages.

• Selling Rats
Unwanted rats can be surrendered to the Adoption Center starting from the moment they are separated from their litters (Day 3). The owner will get 50sb per rat they surrender. The rats will remain here for 48 hours, where other people can purchase them for a set price (250sb for regular and dumbo, 300sb for rex and dumbo rex, 400sb for double rex and dumbo double rex) If you think your rat is worth more than that, you can opt to auction it instead. (See below for auction rules). The rat's age will be frozen until it is purchased. The previous owner will receive 80% of the payment if the rat is adopted. The other 20% goes to the adoption center. If the rat isn’t adopted within 48 hours, it will disappear.
• Auctioning Rats
You can put your rats up for auction starting at age 3 if you believe other players are willing to pay good money for it. It will cost 100sb to enter your rat for auction. Just fill out the Auction Form and post it in the thread. You get to choose the auto buy, starting bid, and minimum increase, as well as how long you want the auction to run (cannot be more than 5 days). The rat's age will be frozen until it is won. The seller will get 100% of the payment. If the rat gets 0 bids by the time the auction is over, it will be returned to its owner. The owner will NOT be refunded the 100sb they spent to enter the rat.
• Feeder Rats
Unwanted rats between the ages of 1 and 2 can be sold to a Reptile Rescue as feeder rats. You will get 50sb per pup. The rats will be removed from the game.

EXTRA NOTES/FAQ
•You don’t have to breed your rats if you don’t want to. You can just keep them and enjoy their cuteness.
•Nothing special happens when a rat “dies.” It just goes out of play.
•Prices may increase based on demand or if my schedule gets busy
•Please allow me time to draw your rats. Don’t freak out if your litter isn’t here right after rollover. Feel free to dm me if you think I have forgotten something.
•Gacha rats are completely randomized by genetic code, not by whatever rats I have already drawn. This means it can take some time to get your rat if I have to draw it from scratch. It also means there is a chance that you will get multiple rats of the same color and/or pattern.
•Because payment is up front, be sure to check if I am online before you pay, just so you don’t have to wait for too long. Though if you’re okay with waiting, feel free to send the money at any time.
•If my life gets extra busy, this thread may be temporarily closed. This means no more buying, selling, or breeding rats until it is re-opened. All active rats will have their ages frozen until the thread is re-opened.
I’m going to sleep now, but you can continue bidding against each other in the comments of this thread. The auction ends at rollover, meaning whoever was the last bid before 2am Lioden Time will win. When I wake up I will confirm it.
