I didn't know before at all, but I'd bought a rift patches cub, female, and i planned on making them my heir, without realizing i couldn't change their stat sex when they grew to an adult. So on the day I was supposed to heir them, I figured it all out. Is there no way to change their sex now?  0 players like this post! Like? |

The adult sex changers description clearly states it won't work on heritageless lions or ones with mutations, some people I've seen think it'll wipe the mutation but it won't it just doesn't work period. Cub sex changer works for muties 0 players like this post! Like? |
