This is a great guide!
I have a few other tips when it comes to energy:
* fermented marula fruit! it can be obtained easily in the November-January events can give energy, I always use them at 0% energy so randomly losing energy doesn’t actually negatively affect you
* line up kinging a new heir during February! They will start at lvl 1, so leveling up for that sweet 100% energy boost will be a bit easier, especially if you use items like broken drones/giant tortoises. This can be expensive, so I wouldn’t recommend anyone go out of their way for it
* Gorilla Enclave Quests!! You can do a daily difficult quest and chose an extra 60% energybonus reward! Cubs for the quests can usually easily be found for cheap in the TC
* 50 NCL quests! One of the random rewards is 100% energy. It isn’t the most reliable, but it’s something to keep in mind- don’t claim your reward with full energy

And my personal spending advice: Invest in a (young) hybrid! Because….
- the price of them is at its lowest because of the high supply, everyone breeds their hybrids in February
- you can buy them with your heart shells!
- it’s highly recommended to breed hybrids with buffalo scrotums and oh look - they are cheap right now! Stock up on your 8 buffy balls for you hybrid cub’s future heats so you don’t need to spend 40+ GB a piece in the future
- you can sell natural (unbanked) hybrid heats for quite a lot
- you can make back what you spent by selling any hybrid cubs you get! Across 8 heats, with 3-4 cubs each, and a 5% pass rate, the chances of getting at least one hybrid cub are in your favor

However, do be wary of the fact that some hybrids unfortunately never pass their mutation. It would be an investment that could make you more OR less than stocking up on Y. Bark and Buffy Balls to resell months later

Quick question. How much do people usually get by like casual grinding? Without a ton of energy items but online for atleast a few hours a day. Im trying to figure out about how much id be able to get so I dont overestimate myself on it. Sorry to be a bother was just wondering!

if you work really hard and make sure you dont miss any bar refills Id say you can gain anywhere from 1-3k HS from casual grinding

Given that I have around 15 roasted lambs/red bulls, plan to use essentially 12-16 hours each Thursday, Friday on with both my accounts. I also plan on pretty much shutting my studding down, and switching personalities, have ~100 energy boosts, and around 3k xp on my side account saved. That, plus an average of 4-6 hours throughout the other days(even slightly more), would you say 10-12k net HS would be achievable? Too low/high?

I saw somewhere that claiming lionesses during February gives you HS. Is that actually true? I've tried to look it up but haven't seen anything that says anything about claiming
