You ever take a gander at the Giveaway chat?

Did you ever click on the claims, and realize it's the same 5 people mass claiming every post?

You ever check to see the lions that were claimed, only to realize they were chased/killed/reserved? That the person was only mass claiming with the hope of getting something special, like a mutie? That they don't even look at the links they're claiming for, hoarding the things that people are giving away in the hopes to help another player?

Well, maybe we should put a cooldown on that!

This would suggest a minute or two cooldown on each claim, actually making it so that people had to think before mashing the claim button repeatedly. That resources sent out by players would actually be distributed evenly to other players who needed them!

I figure this would make the most sense, considering the Giving Tree, one of the main features of Lioden, has a cooldown of 1 item per hour, and 1 cub *per day!* It makes sense to have at the very least, a minute cooldown between each claim. I would also be open to an "x per hour" or "x per day" claiming cooldown as well!
