There isn't such an item in the game. There are items that can age up a lion but none that make them age slower.

You may have heard of people mentioning freezing a lion with a jellyfish or on a side account, though.

Freezing a lion with a jellyfish (the type required depends on the age) will render it immortal, however you will no longer be able to interact with it except for adding and removing decor, markings, etc..
This is only reversible within one hour of using the item, after that the effects are permanent. It would become a trophy, in a sense.

Freezing on a side account will simply keep the lion at it's current age as long as you don't roll over that account. Many players do this for their more valuable lions or hybrids.
If you have days you aren't going to play, simply not rolling over will prevent your lions from aging until you next roll over.

There is also the Primordial Spring, in April, that lets you age your king back or forward by two years. However this is only for your king and no other lions.
