I keep having this banner pop up saying "You have been logged out due to an excess of changes in IP addresses. If you are using a VPN or proxy we recommend changing your settings, or cease using it."
But his is the first for it to pop up, when I have been using the same IP Address ever since creating an account in 2020. I have already sent a ticket to the admins in the modbox abt 3-4 hours ago but no one has claimed it and responded to my concern. Idk what to do now bc the Error is starting to mess with my game play; when I go to explore and go to claim a lioness or go to interact with the explore encounters the Error causes the explore encounter to disappear same with the lioness.

One thing you can try is to go to the "Manage Your Devices" tab at the very bottom of your den, and removing anything you're not currently using from that list.

But 3-4 hours isn't long for a ticket to sit, I wouldn't worry about the ticket until it's been longer than a couple days, sometimes they just take a while.
