I had submitted a ticket regarding a GB purchase yesterday that went through twice, and has not been applied to my account. It's currently sitting as unclaimed still after about 8-9 hours. Does anyone know how long this kind of issue typically takes to be resolved?  0 players like this post! Like? |

I've had issues take anywhere from a day to a week. It just depends on the the issue and who is available to help, plus all the other tickets keeping them busy 0 players like this post! Like? |
