Shouldn't have been spending HS when you're in debt, made profit off of the debt and have been unable to fulfil the debt. It's as simple as that. OP is in the wrong. It was a high price to begin with but everything is like that in feb. I don't know why they didn't freeze it or send it back immediately after receiving the message. It only takes a minute.

Did they do that immediately though, after opening the transferred goods message did they try that? If they didn't they are in the wrong. If they did, there is no issue and they can have evidence of that for the mod box.

I’ve tried a couple times to send it back… they just say something along the lines of “No i don’t have use for her she’s dirty and king gen i only do clean lions” if not exactly that

@Baybuddy yes this is my friend they provided the bark for a heat from the baby, they get her next heat. I spent only 600hs on my gon thinking i would have more time. i clearly did not when i went to the hospital

But they were ageing it during this process. As much as it sucks OP is in the wrong.

The original tigon owner could have sold it during this period to someone else relatively easily but trusted in OP and because of such has lost majority of their profit.

It's not fair to assume the value of the buffs at current market value, it should be when the deal was made which would be around 6 HS = 1 GB. (33 * 60)/6 = 330 GB that they are in debt to the seller. This still sucks for the original seller, way less than they would have made, but is the fairest solutions for both parties.

I also don’t get how i was supposed to know this was going to happen … why would i have sent her back because i had no idea. I was so exited to have her. and they said it was fine and like should i ah e just skipped her heat or something /lh

Mental health and physical health are very important. So is everyone else's time and health. No one is above another person.

It's not an excuse to make bad decisions or go back on promises due to health. I have multiple chronic illnesses and diseases but I always make sure that I can fulfil promises or provide compensation for things I cannot fulfil. It honestly looks like you've taken the tigon, bred it multiple times, made a profit, aged the tigon, and want to back out while not fulfilling anything or fulfilling it at the bare minimum. It really frustrates me when people blame their wrongdoings on illnesses and there's no room for discussion.

You should full well know your own limits. This is not their issue it is yours.
