How to obtain?

I haven't yet worked out how you would get these markings on a lion, the base is a combo but there are combo bases with markings. I would assume that it would be an applicator, probably in the July Draco Demiurge Exchange. Would probably be called Sunkissed Markings, I think it fits right in with the other July Sun____ markings.

I don't at all expect these markings to be added to the game, just for fun :) Thank you for viewing these!
