I wasn't sure what to do- if I should ask modbox or some other moderators please tell me. I've been having issues with my accounts lately, my old account @FancyFork kind of kicked me out since I forgot the user, and I just wanted to ask a question- does that count as one of my accounts still? I'll probably never get it back, so I'm just a bit confused on a specific part. Am I allowed to make another account? Will it count towards my current two accounts or does my old one not count anymore? I really need to stop some lions from aging for a bit and I'm struggling with things like that  0 players like this post! Like? |

Yes, that account will still count even if you don't have access to it so you will get in trouble if you make another one. My suggestion is to contact the support email or make a modbox ticket and see if they can help you get back into the account. 0 players like this post! Like? |

I contacted them once I made this account, and they told me to contact support, and I did, I think its been around a month or so since then and I haven't received much. 0 players like this post! Like? |

I'd send another email then. I know that they had a huge influx of emails and account recovery requests when the password reset happened so they may have just been a bit behind on getting to people. If they can't help then I'd reach out to modbox once again and see what they have to say about it. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Hi, a bit late, sorry! I don't know if you've done this, instead of emailing Lioden, use the modbox. You'll likely get a faster response and the modbox allows you to select prompts that help better narrow down what your issue is.
