So Im still very new to this game and this is my second event. I wont stop getting automatically paired with people with hundreds of stats above me, isnt that like unfair? Because I have only won 1 match out of 10. Or do these championship battles have nothing to do with stats?  0 players like this post! Like? |

You're not being paired with people with hundreds of stats over yours, there are tiers! Your king falls under 51 to 150 tier, so he wont be paired against anyone with higher stats. Medium-statted kings also have a chance to win, its not all about stats. Even a king with max stats for the tier is not guaranteed to win, there's always the random chance. 0 players like this post! That one doesn't matter for stats. It's random chance whether you win or lose. I don't know if it's quite 50/50 though. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Ah, challenging someone on the event page button is just for getting Championship Tokens! Its a random 50/50 chance if you win them, and those tokens let you enter into THE actual Championships inside the Battle Arenas banner, winning or loosing in which depends how much currency and items you get. Chamionship Tokens are overabundant - you will get a ton finishing storyline quests, more than you can use to enter actual championships. I have 6000 extra tokens cumulated unused over years.
