That is normal. Most groupies have a high chance of getting a basic base and basic markings. There is a chance they can spawn with any base and rarer markings, excluding the hybrid base/marking.

People want male groupies so they can use them to replace their kings but keep the current kings look. If they do they they will have a Generation 1(heritage-less) king. If you patrol the male groupie until they get old you could end up having a 1,000+ stat king with good looks and no heritage! Plus Heritage kings make it easy for hard-mode members to find studs to use other then their own.

Its very rare to find special things on them, so yeah, its normal they're boring! You need to get lucky.

Male groupies can be used as heritage replacers; while keeping the looks of the previous male, retiring to a groupie will make the new king has looks of the old king but no heritage at all. That's useful to prevent inbreeding and create new lines, while still keeping the wanted traits.

Yep, getting more basic bases/markings/etc is normal! There’s only a small chance that a groupie can have a rarer base, and the markings they can have are randomly generated.

As for the male groupies, most people (as far as I know) want them for heritage replacements for their kings. Because male groupies are G1, they have no heritage which makes them very sought after by players who like to prioritize clean, low gen breedings. They’re also a good way to create a G1 mutated king, bc while male groupies can’t naturally have pie/patches/primal muts, you can use an MOD on them, which would give them a mutation.

Yes, that's normal. People want them so that can have g1 kings, as you can king the heritageless males.

IT is VERY rare to get breed only aspects, or special bases.
