If you purchased the lineart from a user on lioden, the artist only needs to confirm you have permission to use it by posting on your adoptables thread. If the artist does not have an account on lioden, it would be best to notify the site staff about it before proceeding. You can do this by clicking the "Modbox" button on the upper right side of your screen or emailing support@lioden.com about the issue.
