Does anyone wonder how some of these minions work, like lore-wise?

Slithering Necrosis and Bloodshed have human corpses connected to them. Like are the corpses a part of their bodies or did they just make their homes in the bodies? Do the human corpses move with the snake like some zombie or….?

Several others like disintegration and many others are literally falling apart or phasing out of existence. Like, are they just minions that have short lifespans? Are they real snakes or are they just temporary manifestations Apophis uses to cover more ground in finding you and your god? Do they all follow Apophis? Cause they can become decors for your lions? Are they sentient?
