@MilosSweetTea being punished or discouraged to use the restroom is an OSHA violation. You're able to submit a report to them anonymously, and even if your store knows it's you that reported them you're still protected from being fired or otherwise punished for reporting them. @Milo yeah there were a lot of things I didn't know about my rights at my first job, I wish I had advocated for myself more so that my coworkers and I could have had better working conditions :/ I know big companies like Walmart are never gonna just be nice for the hell of it, but there are regulations in place for a reason and sometimes they need to be reminded of that!! 0 players like this post!
