My advice is to try and get stat items through gorilla enclave, and making sure to do baoball everyday. Also, a lot of events have storylines that will give you exp and impression. I have been able to quickly gain levels and impression ranks with the two event explore areas. Also, make sure that you can get a young heir and be able to train them to get better stats, even though that may not be for a while. When possible, if you have extra event currency I would also recommend trying to buy some stat items from there when they have them.
