big fat elephant scrotes that max out litters but nerf it in a few ways by making them extremely hard to get outside of maybe account bound handouts for things like in game anniversaries. Otherwise it's like a less than 1 percent drop from fighting bull elephants. or let the honey badger drop balls when you fight him at the same rate...
other options is basically a buffy ball that gives you some energy or hunger, I came up with these ideas but any and all peeps who go the brainstorm route will be mentioned
