Some lionesses will only breed with labfrogged males, some only male pose. All of them have a preferred pose, and you can't breed them until you find the right pose.

This pose preference may change throughout the lionesses' lives. :)

lionesses can refuse to breed to specific studs based on their personalities i.e. there'd be a picky(snarky), or stubborn(snarky) lioness who will refuse some studs, and not breed to them at all - and you'd get a notification saying
(in blue)"Uh oh! It seems {lioness} isn't impressed by the stud you have chosen. She swats with her tail and walks back to your den, leaving the poor guy looking a little baffled!"
(in red) "this lioness has refused this stud. better find another!"

I mean that makes sense but there could be a way to protect the cub... like maybe there's a decor that the cub has to wear for the time it's nursing that makes it look like a normal lion cub. And then after it finishes nursing the item would make it so that there's only a 10-15% chance for the cub to be killed by another lioness, and then when it's an adol the cub could sort of fend for itself but maybe there's a buddy system where the hybrid is partnered up with another adol (Hybrid, mutie or not) and if a lioness attacks the hybrid then they could fend her off until your king comes. OR maybe there's a specific lioness in your pride that will NOT kill any hybrid/mutie, and she could protect the adol until adulthood, when the hybrid can fend for itself.
