"Hey Silentwhisper, would you care to tell me what happened during the patrol, or if anything happened at all. Both of us (ShadeStar and Mintwhisker), have been on a small hunt so I haven't heard the report yet."

Shadestar nodded as he moved closer to the two so he could hear them better. He sat quietly tail wrapped around his paws as he stared at Silentwhisper.

“Oh right, well Patchwind and I ran into three FogClan warriors at the border. Of course we were all on edge but the two she-cats seemed to think we were accusing them of attacking Hawkpaw. The tom came in and tried to calm the two down but it wasn’t really working out. Patchwind and I decided to leave before it got out of hand.” Silentwhisper tells them without taking her eyes off the territory.

Mintwhisker | CliffClan Camp | ShadeStar & Silentwhisper

Mintwhisker's eyes widened. Sparks between the Fogclan and cliffclan could quickly turn into a fire, especially now.

"Do you think we should worry about the small disagreement?"

He was still facing Silentwhisper. Hopefully she said no, tension at the borders wouldn't make sending patrols out any easier for him or the Warriors who went.

He perked up This now a little worried, though he listened quietly still. Should he be worrying about it as much as he was. He sighed softly glancing between the two cats.

Sharptongue | CliffClan Camp | Shadestar, Silentwhisper, Mintwhisker

Sharptongue was relaxing near the warriors den grooming his dark ginger fur, carefully pulling out every tangle and ruffle. His long ears perked up as he heard pawsteps approaching the camp. He moved a bit closer to the entrance in time to hear that Silentwhisper tell Shadestar and Mintwhisker and Patchwind had run into FogClan warriors at the border, apparently in a hostile manner. The tom's ears flicked back in slight concern. As cold as he could act, what he didn't want and what the Clan didn't need was another war. He could only hope that whatever had happened would blow over, although he wasn't sure how likely that was to happen. He turned his back with a flick of his tail, figuring he'd better stop listening as he walked over to the fresh-kill pile. He plucked up a squirrel and walked back to his spot near the warriors den to try and get some more time to relax. At least he knew to be more alert at the FogClan border when he was asked to patrol.

Falconflight | FogClan Camp | Antstar and Feathermoon, Moonflower and Bloodclaw (briefly, doesn't directly interact)

Falconflight stretched with a yawn, getting up from a patch of sun near the warriors den where she'd been taking a small nap. She decided to go for a walk/potentially a patrol around the territory. She'd heard Moonflower and Bloodclaw mention going for a patrol earlier in the day, and she had seen Moonflower come back, but not Bloodclaw. Well, maybe she'd fallen asleep by the time he came back, she didn't know. She padded out of the camp, seeing Antstar and Feathermoon coming back and nodding her head in respect. As she walked, she got to a point where she could smell the scents of Moonflower and Bloodclaw, but they weren't very fresh. They weren't stale either though, so clearly Bloodclaw was possibly still out here. Maybe he was just hunting? Probably. She headed towards the FogClan/CliffClan border and was able to smell the two opposing scents particularly strong in a certain area. Although they were stale, it made her fur stand on end a bit. She could only hope that it wasn't too large of a skirmish between the two clans.

Her pupils went wide as she lunged on the critter, which turned out to be a mouse. Nice. She smiled, happily trotting back to camp. She caught sight of Ravenfeather, and trotted over to her. "Well hello there."

Cloudheart | CliffClan Camp| Sharptongue

Cloudheart had held a nap after her morning hunt and had just woken up. Her light gray fur was filled with small moss bits from her nest and so she began cleaning herself up. The she managed to get the pieces out skillfully, it wasn't the first or last time this would happen so she had quite a lot of practice with grooming herself. As she liked one last time across her chest she noticed voices from outside. Her ear twitched, trying to hear what was going on, but to barely any avail. So she got up, still a bit sleepy and walked out of the den. The sun was already going under, oh no she had slept the whole day. Hopefully her leader hadn't seen her this lazy. As she focused on her surrounding again she noticed Sharptongue eating a squirrel. A smile formed on her face as she trotted over to him and lay down on her stomach. The sun was nice and warm on her back.

"Good evening Sharptongue, how has the day been?", the grey she purred

Snowstar smiled. "Thank you. That means a lot." Her tail flicked behind her. "I believe the gathering is soon. Perhaps tomorrow. Do you know when?"
