Antstar moved his way through the shadows of his camp. He stared around, eyeing all of his cats individually. But there was a certain cat he was looking for, and she wasn't there. No Feathermoon. He sighed, before flopping down onto his side and resting his head on he ground. He felt like he wanted to be around Feathermoon, always. He wanted to hang out with her and hunt and patrol and...and.. He growled to himself, his tail flicking irritably.

Acornfrost rose from her nest. She had taken a small nap, as there was not much to do. She gave a small yawn, stretching out her back before carefully walking out of the warriors' den. The sun blinded her, and she had to give her eyes a minute to adjust before padding towards the fresh-kill pile.

The white and gray tom plunged into the river, splashing water onto the bank that sat beside the river. He let out some bubbles of air, before moving his way through the river, going with the current instead go against it, that's usually how he caught fish. He caught sight of a blurry grey thing, and propelled to it, clamping his jaws down on top of it, before trying to find his footing on the river bed. Eventually when he did, he pushed off, leaping out of the water and landing on the bank once more. He placed the fish down, scanning it. It wasn't too big, but it would do.

Aspenstep | Rootclan Territory | Soothawk

Aspenstep is walking alongside the river searching for watermint when he hears a splash. Turning towards the noise, he moves a little closer to the water's edge and pauses for a moment, watching as Soothawk scoops a fish up onto the bank. He stays silent, not wanting to interrupt the other the other tom's hunt.

Soothawk slapped the fish onto the sand, unsheathing a claw so that he could slit its throat. Fish flooded his senses, but there was another scent. Someone from RootClan. Aspenstep. Soothawk looked around, before catching sight of the brown tabby. He waved his tail in hello, giving a small smile, before picking up his fish and walking over to the medicine cat. "Fancy seeing you here!" He remarked, placing the fish down in front of Aspenstep.

Aspenstep | Rootclan Territory | Soothawk

He dips his head in greeting as he takes a few steps forwards to meet the warrior with a smile. "Ah, if anything I should be the one saying that to you. It's not often that you find someone out hunting on their own."

The tom sits down, wrapping his tail around his paws. "Everyone seems to be somewhat occupied at the moment in some form or another, so I thought I'd take the time to build up our stores and relax."

Interesting. Is it normal to be this intrigued over some cats history? Sharpcry thought to herself, feeling her fur prickling. She flicked an ear and shook her head. "No matter. We all come from somewhere. " she circled him and settled herself onto one of the tree roots. "As for me, both of my parents were clan born, although I never knew my father. They both traveled from a clan far from here together in a group, in search of a better home. Sadly that never happened. My father met another she-cat and left us. My mother took care of us the best she could, but she was weakened by hunger, and she eventually succumbed to the bitter cold of leaf-bare. After mother passed, my brother and I were found by a RootClan warrior and brought in. We were only a few moons old....When we grew some, my brother couldnt stand being here and went to find the clan they had come from. I never saw him since." She looked wistfully towards the north and took a deep breath, her whiskers trembling. "I do wish I could see him again" she sighed. "But i enjoy being here."

Cloudheart | CliffClan Secret Clearing | Sharptongue

Cloudheart was in trance, she was so happy and fulfilled playing with her best friend that she couldn't fully register him licking her forehead. Her subconscious mind managed to lower her head and lick his chest once. She was bubbling with happiness, still giggling as it had been so fun to her. The whole evening had been a dream and she wanted it to never end. As the laugher slowly calmed down she let out a yawn with which she showed her fangs before her mind got rid of the fog barrier and finally saw how stiff Sharptongue lay there? Confusion lay in her eyes.

"Bumble are you alright? Did I hurt you when we roed over?"

Sharptongue felt his heart race and his fur heat up when she licked his chest. He began to purr softly. She was so happy, and he loved seeing her so happy. In fact, he was thinking he loved....her. The thought of that made him even happier. He blinked, coming back to reality and looking up at her with a large grin on his face. "I'm good Cloudy, don't you worry, just got a bit stunned there is all." he said, flicking his tail over her ear. It wasn't a lie either, he was stunned both by his own actions and the realization that he'd fallen for his best friend.

Falconflight looked over at Bloodclaw, her forest green eyes showing a bit of surprise at the comment before a low purr rumbled in her chest. "You're pretty handsome yourself, Bloodclaw, with or without the sun." she said with a grin. She felt quite happy after the tom's compliment, as shown by her purr. While she was a friendly cat, you could know that she was very happy by her purring.

She smiled when she heard him purr, her pupils widened with affection before she closed her eyes and purred back. Cloudheart didn't really know why she did that but it felt right. She was glad when she heard that he was alright just stunned. What was he stunned of?

"That's great Bumble, but what are you stunned of?"

Curiosity was flickering in her eyes with a bit of a smirk on her muzzle

He smiled as she began to purr as well, and he just sat there in the silence for a minute, hearing them both purring. He heard her question and smirked back. "Well, first off, because you tackled me like that, that was a bit unexpected....even though I did dare you to do it." he said with a slight laugh at the end. "But also, because I think I realized something Cloudy...." he added, and paused slightly. Should he be doing this so early on in realizing his own feelings? Maybe he should......no, you know what, he was going to do this. "I think I've fallen for you Cloudy." he almost whispered, but made sure it was still audible for her to hear.

A light laugh filled the air as Sharptongue tried to reason him falling when she jumped against him. She quickly stiffened the laugher when he continued. Appearantly he had realised something what was it? Her eyes sparkled with worry for a second until she could barely hear him whisper that he had.... fallen for her?. Her mouth fell open in shock, not that she hadn't felt the same but that he had made the first step. Cloudhearts gaze softened as she stood up and got a bit closer. She licked over his ear, which wasn't too easy as he was taller than her. A sweet purr arose from her as he leaned back to answer in a soft tone.

"What a brave warrior you are. I'm glad that you taught me your feelings, now I have to tell you something... Bumble, I've fallen for you."

As she looked him in the eyes she felt complete. It was a new feeling that hadn't occurred inside her like this before.
