My longest was 2 years but I stopped feeling anything for them at around maybe a year? It was also abusive and I felt trapped, I left, but got black mailed after and a bunch of other stuff  The ups and downs are some issues we're both having (not relationship wise) but we did have two fights (few months ago) if we really even call that a fight 0 players like this post!
