Don't worry, he was still alive!! We don't have the heart to kill it- we let it go in a field ! They've been trying to catch him for a while now but couldn't, and ALMOST got glue traps. (which hurt my heart as the first mouse I ever saw and tried to save was stuck in one) So we caught it by hand by using a bowl, similar to how you'd catch a spider.
