Not getting the birthday gift upon rollover

What's the issue? Please include any error messages you receive and as much detail as possible.

Logged in after a year long absence because the 6th is my birthday. Changed my password as told, and then didn't receive the birthday decor like I did the past two years.
I also didn't get any notification regarding the daily rollover summary.

Any links relating to this bug? For example, if a particular lion is bugging, what is the link to that lion?
