You cannot delete your Lioden account, nor can our staff delete it for you; however, your account can be closed.

If you no longer wish to play Lioden, you can request for your account to be closed by submitting a Modbox ticket or using our Contact Us form. Having your account closed means that all personal data associated with your account is permanently wiped: your username, password, IP address, birthday, security information, and anything else tied to your account. You will no longer be able to access your Lioden account and in the event that you regret this decision, Lioden's staff cannot restore your information, thus rendering your account permanently defunct.

Again, closing an account is irreversible, so please be certain in your decision if closing your account is something you would like to do.

If closing your account is too extreme of an option, you can de-activate it instead. To de-activate your account, you can change the email on your account under the Edit Your Details header on your den page, either to a non-existing email, or another email that you own. Your account will then be de-activated, and an activation code will be sent to the email you entered, which you can then ignore.

Note that abandoning, closing, or de-activating your account does not mean that you are free to create another account, especially if you have already created two accounts. If a fresh start is what you desire, we recommend abandoning and chasing all of your lions, donating your currency and items to the Giving Tree, and using a Reroll Lion item on your main male.
