Basic Rules
1. You can back out of any deal other than a loan if item(s)/gb given have already been used.
Loans
If you wish to obtain and item/gb before getting the JB required to afford it, I will loan you the item/gb in return for requested JB items in the future. The loans have no interest on them, however you must agree to the clauses shown here:
"I will loan you ITEM(S) on DATE in exchange for ITEMS WANTED within 7 days of me asking. If you accept this offer you must follow my request or else moderator action will be taken, if that happens then you must accept the request of refunding ITEMS or ITEMS WANTED to me. Do you accept these terms?"
I am doing reserves at a 10 JB > 1 GB rate. I will only allow you to reserve items/GB there is AT LEAST 100 JB of worth.
You can take out loans NOW! If rates change too much when the shop opens, I'll adapt to them, and anybody who already reserved/loans can have their reserves changed to those rates via DMs
Worth = 150 JB (or 15 GB)
Worth = 100 JB (or 10 GB)

Prices are calculated using branches. Most are the lowest price!
I also have quite the collection of decors, backgrounds, and craftable goods. I should be able to sell most of what is presented, just ask. I will sell according to lowest branch prices.
