Storm | Forest + Advisor | Forest Territory | Flower & Fox Storm was thinking of his next response when he noticed something seemed wrong with Fox. He continued on though, slightly wondering if the tom was faking it for some reason. When Flower showed concern as well, he finally stopped and turned to Fox. The fur along his shoulders spiked up a bit. "F-Fox?" He turned and stepped closer. The hunter had to be faking whatever this was. This did not seem normal. "Come on Fox... it's only a few paces here now." Maybe he wasn't faking. Maybe something did happen. But what? What could be happening, what could they do? What should they do? He took a deep breath. He just needed to calm down and assess the situation. He hissed under his breath then turned and sprinted toward camp, calling over his shoulder. "Flower just stay with him, I'll go get whoever I can find." It took only a few seconds for Storm to make it back to camp, they really were close after all. He looked around frantically for Creek, Flight, or even Moon. He had a sudden flash-back to when Fox himself came bursting into camp looking around for someone. Creek ~ Forest + Healer ~ Forest Camp ~ Storm Creek sat in their den, counting their herbs and sorting the dry from the stash. As Storm crashed into the camp, They looked at him in surprise. "Storm! What happened? Where's the rest of your patrol?" They worried, frantically sniffing his pelt for any signs of injuries. Wren ~ Forest + Queen ~ Desert/Forest border ~ Stag, Frost "It's great! The tribe is just like a big family, where everyone takes care of each other and supports each other." She said, smiling as he had to slow down to walk with her. Stag | Rogue | Forest Territory | Frost, Wren Stag flattened his ears. Surely Tribe life wasn't that good. Wasn't better than Rogue life. They had to care for each other. When times were tough, it was every rogue for himself. He throat rumbled with a growl as she nuzzled him, giving Wren a glare. "Sounds awful." He remarked, rolling his eyes. But something happened to Fox, I don't know what. There's no sign of anything, but we were bringing a new rogue back to camp and suddenly he's-" He broke off, not sure how to describe it. "Anyway, it's not far, just please come check it out." He backed up a few paces, hoping they could run off now. Creek ~ Forest + Healer ~ Forest Camp ~ Storm Creek nodded and ran back inside, grabbing a small pouch made of woven leaves. They filled it with whatever they might need; chamomile, poppy seeds, marigold, borage, and coltsfoot. Securing the bag around their neck, they raced back out and stood by Storm. "Take me to Fox." They ordered, steeling themself for what they might find. Wren ~ Forest + Queen ~ Desert/Forest border ~ Stag, Frost The queen back up a bit, sensing the anger radiating off the tom. Her gaze dropped and her tail fell limp. "It's not awful..." She protested quietly, kicking a rock with her paw. Usually he didn't care about offending any cat, but for some reason, he felt different this time. He looked over at her again. Surely tribe life couldn't be that horrible. Frost | Forest + Kit | Desert/Forest Border | Stag, Wren Frost looked at the tom suspiciously. "Don't touch Wren!" she growled, her kit-voice squeaky. She looked at the tom out of the corner of her eye. "You nasty cat! You have no idea how tribe life is!" the little kit spat accusingly, kicking out her back paws in frustration. Did Wren not see how evil this newcomer seemed? He was probably just being nice so they'd let him into their pride, then he'd take over and force everyone to do what he says, and what he says isn't going to be very nice and.. and.. Wren ~ Forest + Queen ~ Desert/Forest border ~ Stag, Frost Wren smiled slightly and placed her paw on top of Frost's head, calming the she-kit. "It's alright, Frost." She mewed, purring. She turned to Stag and offered him a smile. "I understand that. When Creek and I were rogues, we only looked after each other. No one else mattered." She said, lifting her tail slightly. "But, it was a nice change, joining the Forest Tribe. No more fighting for food, or worrying about where you'll sleep. You might even start a family!" He looked back at Wren and, noticing she was smiling, offered her an upside down smile back. "Sounds like a lot of work." He meowed, shrugging, before looking at his paws. He was starting to grow even more interested. When Wren explained Tribe Life at first, it sounded boring, but now he couldn't get his mind off of it. But.. he was here for a reason. Fox | Forest + Hunter | Forest Territory | Storm, Flower Although the tom's vision blurred and he couldn't see where he was going he refused to lean on Flower. No way he would show weakness infront of a cat that he had just threatened! He stumbled a couple of steps further until his legs shakily gave out and he collapsed on the forest floor. Storm had left to go get someone so he was left here with Flower. Fox laid his head down on his front paws trying to regain some vision by blinking repeatedly all while his breathing also got heavier. He was just so exhausted and all he could do was try to not faint. If he fainted he was extremely vulnerable and he wasn't too sure if he liked Storm's decision of leaving him either Flower alone. When Flower got too close to him he muttered a breathy 'stay away'. 0 players like this post! Like? |

She hardly knew the ginger tom-- and only moments ago he had been hostile, but she felt the need to care for him. As he breathed to stay away, she found herself doing the opposite. She sat down beside him laid her tail over his back, stroking him like she would a scared kit. He barely glanced back to see if Creek was following. When he came to the place he hissed quietly at himself. This clearly was something serious. It was going to be alright though. He shouldn't worry. He kept himself a few paces away, telling himself that he had to make room for Creek to do whatever it was Creek needed to do. Fox | Forest + Hunter | Forest Territory | Flower, Storm, Creek When Flower got closer to him and put her tail over his back, Fox hissed at her but was too weak to do anything more to get her to back off. There he lay waiting for Creek and Storm to return. His heartbeat was pretty much the only thing he could hear as the rhythm took over his senses. Luckily the rough outline of Storm showed up in his vision and a sight of relief left him; if Storm was here, Creek would be too. He was safe. Creek ~ Forest + Healer ~ Forest Territory ~ Storm, Fox, Flower Creek arrived at the scene and assessed the situation. They sniffed Fox, though they found no smell of blood. They pried his mouth open to get a look at his gums, noticing immediately the deep red coloring. "He's overheated." They informed the other two, taking the pouch off from around their neck and pulling out a clump of moss. "Storm, Take this moss to the river and wet it best you can. Make sure it's soaked." They instructed the tom, handing the bundle of green to him before turning to the she-at they didn't recognize. "You, help me get him into a more shaded area." They said, pushing their way under his shoulders and lifting him up. Wren ~ Forest + Queen ~ Forest Territory ~ Stag, Frost "Not far! And yes, I'm sure she'll let you in!" She reassured him, placing her tail over his shoulders. Something about the tom drew her in, but she couldn't place her paw on it. She knew for certain though that she really liked this tom. Cricket- warrior - desert tribe - in desert camp? Cricket's eyes travelled over camp, the musty scent of the desert filled his lungs. Boredom. The tabby Tom stretched out his sleek, rough-furred front legs, his jaws parting in a yawn before he sprung onto a dry oak log, studying the territory for the 7th time that day. His dusty tail flicked up sand from the bark as he waited, hoping something interesting happened. He had too much energy and not enough capacity to keep it in, he HAD to do something.
