- My art is to not be altered or edited in any way (cropped, filtered, etc.) and removing my signature is prohibited.

- I accept payments through PayPal only. Once I approve your adoption and your email is sent to me (through PM), I will send an invoice through PayPal. Once the invoice is paid, I will send the character's image to you.

- Drawings can be posted on other sites and used for profile pictures as long as I am credited. Please credit my Toyhouse account or Tumblr account.

- No Refunds.

- If the character is resold, the price must be of equal or lesser value from when it was originally bought.

- Minor changes to the character are allowed (tattoos, color, jewelry, etc.), but no major changes.

- My signature cannot be removed from the original image.

- Payment must be made within 24 hours of commenting or PM'ing me. (Whoever pays first owns the character.)

- All rights to the character belong to me until payment is received.

- Once paid, the image will be removed from this thread and sent to you.

- The image of the character will be changed to one with a transparent background with a smaller signature when sent.
