What is a custom order?
Want me to go on a personal mission to find something you need? This is where you come. Think of me as your personal shopper. You tell me what you want and I'll get it specifically for you and you only.

What is the max amount of items I can purchase with a request?

What is the custom request fee?
There will be 3gb/3000sb fee applied per custom request. This fee is not per item. You also acknowledge that I cannot estimate when I will fill it. Sometimes it's a few days, other times it's longer due to the roll of the dice. If you fill out a form you are acknowledging this.

When do I pay for my order?
Given that there is no ability to estimate when I'll get your order finished, I prefer to receive payment strictly after completion.

Can I cancel my request?
You are of course welcome to cancel but I will expect a cancel fee of 2gb or 2000sb payment for my time/effort. Unless it is within 1 week since the order.

How do I get on the Loyalty Program?
Buy a minimum of 4 separate items from my shop . Custom Request orders do not apply.

What Perks do I get with the Loyalty Program? (Why bother?)
For every 4 decors you buy at full price, your next 1 is free. Does not include custom request items. Members will also receive a custom request fee reduced to 1gb/1000sb. This is a lifelong membership for as long as this shop is open.
