So basically what happens is that the person who is buying teeth tells the seller what they want. For example, lets say I want the feline orchid applicator. That's 300 mt, I then tell that to the seller, who buys it for me, and they set up a private trade with the feline orchid applicator, which I then buy out! Its essentially someone buying it for you and you pay them to!
