Mordecai is a fierce young lion. He was born into a pride with the job of protecting the heir. At a young age a stranger joined the pride and not a day later his sister fell ill and she had to be taken out of the pride. He was told of her death a few days later. He was depressed. He became violent. But he remained loyal to his king and to his pride.

The stranger started to become close with everyone in the pride and soon convinced the king to let him become the next king. On the day that stranger became king of the pride a storm broke loose and Mordecai found out who he really was. Enraged he went after him, only to find the soul of a dead king from countless centuries ago standing over Mordecai's new king. This spirit- this thing- was the embodyment of evil. And Mordecai realized his king was not only possessed but tortured by this foul being. And that same foul being just took reign over the pride.

But Mordecai couldnt do anything. The world around him ceased to a stop. His breathing paused and the birds froze midflutter. The evil kings mouth gaped open- ready to roar but nothing came out.

Karuli was disturbed at the fact her brother Mordecai never came to visit her. She was close to death- hell she even died for a few minutes. But the pride of healers brought her back. She was completely healthy again. She was disappointed and hurt that her brother never even sent someone to ask about her. But even so she missed him so badly. She was an adult now.. and him being only a few months older meant he was an adult as well. Probably an amazing assassin for the king by now. Karuli decided to go visit him, but she was completely petrified at what she saw once she entered her old home. Her old pride- her family- they were all in the middle of a massive fight but none of them were moving. Each and everyone of them completely frozen. She found her brother. Still an adol. Her heart sank. She could hear his heartbeat so she knew he wasnt dead.

Karuli had to get him back. And her only lead was the god of wishes. She sacrificed everything to get Mordecai back. To convince the god to transport Mordecais soul and mind into a new vessel that wasnt frozen, but at the cost of her freedom she was able to do so.

Mordecai is back in a new pride with his sister he believed died. Hes both grateful and pissed at her. But his duties remain. His goal is to bring back every single one of his old pride. Including that one stranger.

But he also has new duties. In a strange pride full of fairy lions he feels like he found a new family. He doesnt belong but he feels at peace. He swore to the king to protect his heir so that is his new role in this pride. A paw in two prides at the same time. Something like this could only ever end badly.

Other Details: The vessel is misformed and has two tails. The vessel will never age, keeping the young male stuck looking like an adol for the rest of his life. He has a beginning of a black mane but its almost impossible to see from a distance

For centuries this very jungle was covered in darkness. Until a weary king brought a cub to the jungle. This cub, Little Atticus, had fairy wings and as he was raised by the spirits of the forest he brought it to life. Filling the jungle with magic and light.

But with light, shadows are always close behind. Monsters are forming in the jungle and it is no longer safe. We need protection. And my father, Atticus, taught us love but he cant not teach us how to fight back. It is becoming too dangerous to stay here. But where else will we go? This jungle is all we know.

But my whole life I've wondered whats beyond. What is the world like out there? Is it like in the jungle where everyone gets along? And most importantly. Where did we come from? Not even we know how we got fairy wings and how we made this jungle prosper. Our we descendents of god? No.. that cant be right. Maybe we're from the island itself. Either way I will find out. I'll learn to fight and I'll lead my people out of the jungle. We will find a new home and learn about our ancestors. We will keep our jungle in our heart and one day we will return and take it back.

Other details- Hes the heir to the throne. I'd love art of him as an adol! He'll have a subtle green mane when I get enough gb to buy him a custom decor so just make his neck and head fluffy/fuzzy!
