Art commissions and their 'value' really depends on what you're offering. It's half about the quality and half about the service / customer support from my experience.

Make sure you have polished and clear examples of what you're selling, that you're confident in your work and manage your que realistically. List everything you accept in a clear and visual way (ie ; using images, using spoilers to block sections, ect.)

Commissioners expect you to ; Show a WIP , contact / be able to communicate with them, make small edits / corrections and provide a good-quality final product. Depending on what you're selling, understanding shading and transparency may be needed.

Lioden's commissioners tend to be very specific on what they want. They tend to want the following ;
- Pagedolls / Lion(ess) Art.
- Pixel Art.
- Character / Custom Reference Sheets
- Illustration / Painted Pieces.
- Style Mimics (ie ; Lioden, ect)
- Custom Decors.

Each one of these categories has an array of different pricing, time, effort, communication and skillsets.

Commissioners want Fullbody work universally. They want clean lineart and coloring, with a basic use of color theory so they can apply the work to every den / cave css. They also will expect you to use artistic freedom and creativity to make a unique fullbody, not just their character blankly staring / standing.

In terms of your art, I would recommend spending some time making some personal examples. People want to see, not what you promise them.

Keep in mind 2 = 1 USD per the Oasis. You should not be selling your work for less than 10 for a fullbody, even if you are new.

Pick what you want to draw and how , then go from there. I would recommend using connected and more polished lineart. You should draw fullbody examples, with transparency and use those as examples. Draw your own Lions or just simple lions. I drew my starter king as my first example !
